Fresh off the press, we have a smooth recipe from Ben, the bar supervisor at the Billson’s factory in Beechworth , using their Portello Cordial.

INGREDIENTS:
🔹 60ml George’s Dry Gin
🔹 30ml Billson’s Portello Cordial
🔹 15ml fresh lemon juice
🔹 1 egg (white only)
🔹 Maraschino cherry and sugar to garnish
🔹 Ice cubes
EQUIPMENT:
🔸 Coup glass
🔸 Cocktail shaker
🔸 Strainer
🔸 Jigger
METHOD:
1️⃣ Half fill shaker with ice
2️⃣ Add egg white, and ‘dry’ shake
3️⃣ Add cordial, gin & lemon juice
4️⃣ Shake!
5️⃣ Sugar rim the glass
6️⃣ Double strain into glass
(lemon spritz optional)
7️⃣ Garnish with skewered cherry
